Eat Noire - Washington, DC - About paula

 Black Culinary Artists

Eat Noire was birthed at a Congressional Black Caucus party in 2018.

A group of friends realized that the leading platforms aren't highlighting the Black culinary artists and the significant disruptions they've made on the food & beverage industry. In comes EN, a community building platform focused on celebrating and raising awareness on the historical and current innovations of Black people in the food & beverage industry.

Inspired by friends with a passion to bridge together the worlds of culinary, events, art, and culture, Eat Noire was born. Eat Noire is a food lifestyle brand focused on shifting the conversation around Black food, by highlighting and promoting black culinary globally. We’re cultivating community by featuring Black chefs, mixologists, and restaurateurs by way of love and influence, through high-quality content, and curated events. Our Eat Noire events are focused on creating an innovative network space, bringing together a curated audience to collaborate and fellowship, over a meal prepared by a Black chef. The Eat Noire brand goal is to provide a luxury lifestyle medium for the Black community to celebrate our culinary & spirit businesses and their curators. We are want transcending celebration by establishing a level of education through demonstration and history. The Eat Noire team is on a mission to push community, love, and influence, one bite at a time.
